Abstract
Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever (CCHF) is zoonotic disease and is one of the hemorrhagic fever sendromes causes mortality in human being. Transmision of virus to human is caused by biting of infected ticks or contact of viremic blood and tissues of animals. Acute symtoms of Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever are general body pain , fever, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, ecchymosis, hemorrhage, lab findings includes increase in AST, ALT, LDH levels and leukopenia, trombocytopenia. In this case report three CCHF patient with a gastrointestinal symptoms in the foreground hospitalized with a early diagnosis of food poisoning is presented.
