Abstract
Urinary childhood tuberculosis is a rare form of extrapulmonary tuberculosis. Determining the pathogenesis and early initiation of treatment is important for successful treatment of recurrent urinary tract infections and complications. In this case report, we present a pediatric patient presenting with sterile pyuria and hematuria and emphasize that urinary tuberculosis should be suspected in recurrent urinary tract infections.
